Sustainability at the Core of Our Strategy

At CGP COATING INNOVATION, environmental responsibility is an integral part of our long-term vision. Our commitment extends beyond regulatory compliance—we actively implement initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint while driving positive change.

Key Environmental Challenges

• Sustainable Packaging SolutionsWe are committed to sustainability by applying eco-design principles (ISO/TR 14062) to develop environmentally friendly products. Over 90% of our products are made from recycled paper, with more than 95% being recyclable. To support sustainable forestry, we prioritize the use of FSC-certified paper. Additionally, all our coatings are exclusively water-based, eliminating the use of solvents.
• Energy Efficiency & Carbon ReductionWe prioritize energy efficiency by investing in advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment. Our production processes are continuously optimized to reduce energy consumption, while facility-wide improvements, such as upgraded lighting and heating systems, further enhance overall efficiency.
• Water Resource ManagementWe are committed to sustainable water management by treating all industrial water to meet environmental standards. As part of our action plan, we aim to double the use of recycled water in our processes, contributing to the advancement of the circular economy. Our R&D department plays a key role in this effort, focusing on developing innovative, eco-friendly solutions that minimize raw material usage and waste, optimize product life cycles for greater sustainability, and ensure safe packaging and transportation with a reduced environmental impact.
