CGP COATING INNOVATION’s EXCALIBUR® machines represent a major advancement in transport packaging, providing an innovative solution to enhance palletizing line efficiency while minimizing downtime. Designed to produce palletizing inserts directly from reels, this automated system customizes insert lengths as needed and delivers them seamlessly to pallets via a conveyor.
The EXCALIBUR® range includes models such as Basic, Classic, Giraffe, Layer Picker, and Base Dispenser, each offering exceptional flexibility and adaptability. These machines integrate seamlessly with various palletizing lines, including poly-articulated robotic palletizers, high-level and low-level layer palletizers, bag palletizers, and case palletizers.
Beyond operational efficiency, EXCALIBUR® machines reduce paper weight, accommodate different consumable qualities, and generate significant cost savings. By adjusting production to the exact required length, they optimize material usage and lower consumable expenses.
Available for purchase, rental, or at no cost with a consumable supply contract, EXCALIBUR® machines can be integrated by customers’ maintenance teams or by end-of-line solution providers.
