CGP COATING INNOVATION’s EXCALIBUR® machines mark a significant advance in automatic palletizers sector, offering an innovative solution for improving the efficiency of palletizing lines while minimizing downtime. Capable of producing palletizing inserts directly from reels, this automated equipment adjusts the length of the formats as required and delivers them to the pallets via a conveyor.
The EXCALIBUR® range, including Basic, Classic, Giraffe, Layer Picker and Base Dispenser models. They stand out for their flexibility and adaptability to various types of palletizing line, such as poly-articulated robotized palletizers, high-level layer palletizers, low-level layer palletizers, bag palletizers and case palletizers, etc.In addition to reducing paper weight and enabling the use of different qualities of consumables, they offer significant savings on consumables purchases thanks to production adjusted to the useful length, thus optimizing materials management and reducing costs.The machines are available for purchase, hire or free of charge when a consumable supply contract is signed.
