The EXCALIBUR® BASE DISPERSER pallet layer cutting machine offers a compact, dedicated solution for cutting pallet base formats. Strategically positioned close to the pallet magazine, this compact machine enables efficient handling of the layer pads with increased ease of access.Offering an efficient, space-saving solution, its compact size makes it easy to install close to pallet storage areas. It offers flexible options for loading rolls, either via a wheeled trolley or directly onto the machine, simplifying the supply of materials.After cutting, the inserts are easily accessible on a placement tray, ready to be integrated into the palletising process thanks to an automated trolley gripper arm that efficiently places the cut sheet on the pallet. This machine adapts to a variety of working environments and palletising line configurations, demonstrating great installation flexibility to meet specific project requirements.
